Does the website have to have been built by you for you to take over its management?

No. We also take over the management of websites built by someone else. We start with an entry review so that we know what condition the website is in when we take it over and what needs to be put right first.

What happens if someone attacks the website?

We clean the website of malicious code, trace how the attacker got in and restore a working version from a backup. We then set up security so that the situation does not recur. We will also help with removing warnings in Google Search Console and getting the pages back into search.

Where are the backups stored and how quickly can the website be restored?

We store backups outside the server on which the website runs, so you have them available even if there is a problem at the hosting company. We test restoration regularly; for an ordinary website it is a matter of tens of minutes.

How often do you update the website?

According to the package chosen, as a rule monthly. We deploy critical security updates immediately. We always test updates on a copy of the website, not blindly in live operation.

Can we end the cooperation at any time?

Yes. The website and the data are yours. We will hand over access details, backups and documentation and help you with the transition to another supplier.
