What we will help you with in a consultation
| Task | What we will do for you | Benefit |
|---|---|---|
| Starting an online project | We go through the idea, the target group, the budget and the technical options. | You know what to start with and what to postpone in the first phase. |
| Choice of platform | We compare website or e-shop solutions according to your product range and plans. | You do not pay for a system you will abandon in a year. |
| Brief for suppliers | We help you write down exactly what you want and what to watch out for in the contract. | Comparable quotes and fewer extra charges. |
| Review of quotes | We go through quotes from agencies and developers line by line. | You can tell what is superfluous and what, on the contrary, is missing. |
| SEO and visibility | We tell you where the website has the biggest room for improvement and how to get into AI answers too. | Priorities instead of an endless task list. |
| Introducing AI into operations | We select the tasks, tools and rules for working with company data. | A fast saving of time without unnecessary risk. |
| Mentoring a marketer | Regular calls with your person, review of their output, feedback. | The competence stays in the company. |
| A second opinion before a decision | We go through the option you are considering and its risks with you. | You decide with a clearer head. |

Consultations and mentoring for online business
We do not come to a consultation with a ready-made offer. The goal is for you to leave with your own decision and to know why. That is why after every session we send a written summary: recommendations, priorities and the questions that still need resolving. You can share the summary with your team or use it as a brief for suppliers.
Over the last two years many topics have concerned artificial intelligence. Companies ask which tasks AI can handle today, what data they may put into it and what still needs a human. There is no single answer for everyone. It always depends on how your processes are set up and how sensitive the data you process is.
Frequently asked questions about consultations
How long does a consultation take and what should I prepare?
Normally 60 or 120 minutes. We send a short questionnaire in advance in which you describe your situation, budget and deadlines. The more specific the brief, the more we manage to cover. Access to analytics, suppliers’ quotations or sales figures are useful. Without such material the consultation is needlessly held up by a general introduction.
Do consultations take place online or in person?
Both. Most clients choose an online call, because it is easier to find a time and you can share your screen. We hold in-person consultations anywhere in the Czech Republic, usually when several people from the company are around the table or when the whole strategy is being discussed. You receive minutes in both cases.
Can I ask about artificial intelligence in the company?
Yes, it is one of the most frequent topics today. We discuss which tasks it makes sense to hand over to AI, which tools to choose, what you may enter into public models and where a solution running on your own premises is better. Related to this are rules for the team and a record of who uses AI for what.
Do I get anything in writing from the consultation?
Yes. Within five working days we send minutes with recommendations, priorities and questions that still need to be resolved. It is a document you can distribute within your team or use as a brief for a supplier. We write the minutes in plain language, not as a presentation with fifty slides.
How does a consultation differ from an audit?
A consultation is a conversation about your situation and ends with a recommended direction. An audit is separate work in which we go through the website, campaigns or processes in detail and measure things. If the consultation shows that an audit is needed, we will propose its scope and price. Often, though, a consultation is enough and you can do the work yourselves.
Do you provide mentoring for our marketer?
Yes. It works as regular calls in which we go through work in progress, give feedback and teach procedures. It is not about lectures but about working on your own tasks. The aim is for the competence to stay within the company so that you do not have to outsource everything.
What if after the consultation I find I cannot manage on my own?
No problem. Either we continue with further consultations or we take over a specific part of the work. It is not a condition and you do not have to buy any package in advance. Just as often it happens that the client leaves realising that all they need to do is stop doing a few unnecessary things.
