A custom application makes sense at the point where off-the-shelf software only covers part of your work and you make up the rest with spreadsheets, e-mails and manual work. We build your own solution around how the company really works: from the data model, through screens for individual roles, to connections to accounting, ERP, the e-shop or the attendance system. Návrh řešení a nabídku dostanete do 5 pracovních dnů od zadání. U menších aplikací bývá první funkční verze hotová do 30 dnů, rozsáhlejší systémy s napojením na další nástroje počítejte na dva až čtyři měsíce. Vždycky ale postupujeme po částech, takže první použitelnou verzi vidíte dřív než finální řešení.

Cena vychází z rozsahu, počtu napojených systémů a z toho, jak přesně je zadání připravené. Menší interní nástroj s jednou agendou se pohybuje v řádu desítek tisíc korun, vlastní systém pro klíčový firemní proces včetně integrací v nižších až středních stovkách tisíc. Úvodní konzultace i návrh řešení jsou zdarma a nezávazné.

Volíme podle zadání, ne podle módy. Nejčastěji stavíme webové aplikace, které běží v prohlížeči na počítači i mobilu, s SQL databází a napojením na okolní systémy přes API. Provoz může být na našem hostingu i na vaší infrastruktuře. Držíme se běžných a dlouhodobě udržovaných technologií, aby aplikaci mohl v budoucnu převzít kdokoli.

Vám. Data jsou vaše vždy a zdrojový kód předáváme jako součást dodávky, pokud se nedohodneme jinak. Nezamykáme vás do řešení, ze kterého se nedá odejít.

Ano, propojení je většinou hlavní důvod, proč se vlastní aplikace vyplatí. Napojujeme se přes API nebo exporty na účetnictví, ERP, e-shop, sklad, docházku i CRM. Pokud daný systém rozhraní nemá, najdeme cestu přes pravidelný import dat.

AI přidáváme tam, kde reálně ušetří práci – vyhledávání ve firemních dokumentech, předvyplnění a kontrola vstupů, návrhy odpovědí, třídění poptávek nebo příprava podkladů pro reporty. Vždy nad vašimi daty a s jasně nastavenými pravidly, co model může a nemůže. S AI a strojovým učením pracujeme od roku 2016.

Pro firmy, které narazily na limity krabicových řešení – část procesu jim systém neumí, takže se dorovnává tabulkami a e-maily. Nezáleží tolik na velikosti firmy jako na tom, kolik času a chyb dnes rutina stojí. Když se dá spočítat ušetřený čas, dá se spočítat i návratnost.

Máte jednoho člověka, se kterým řešíte všechno. Průběžně vám ukazujeme hotové části, abyste mohli reagovat dřív, než se něco postaví špatně. Termíny, rozsah a změny držíme písemně, takže je jasné, co je hotové a co se domluvilo navíc.

S tím počítáme od začátku, proto navrhujeme datový model tak, aby se dal doplňovat. Rozšíření řešíme buď jednorázově podle zadání, nebo v rámci průběžného rozvoje. Aplikace tak roste s firmou a nemusí se za dva roky vyhodit.

Můžeme převzít celý provoz – hosting, aktualizace, zálohy, monitoring dostupnosti a řešení incidentů. Pokud máte vlastní IT, předáme aplikaci i s dokumentací a pomůžeme s nasazením. Bezpečnost řešíme od začátku, ne až po nasazení.

Pokud hotové řešení pokrývá vaše procesy, doporučíme ho a ušetříte peníze. Vlastní vývoj má smysl ve chvíli, kdy krabice umí jen část práce, nutí vás měnit fungující postupy nebo se za potřebné funkce platí licence za každého uživatele. Rádi vám s tímto rozhodnutím pomůžeme ještě před nabídkou.

Ještě před vývojem si vyjasníme, jaká data do AI vůbec vstupují a která zůstávají jen ve vaší databázi. Vybíráme řešení a nastavení, kde se vaše data nepoužívají k trénování modelů, a přístupy omezujeme podle rolí. Zpracování osobních údajů podchytíme smluvně včetně zpracovatelské smlouvy.

Ano, migrace zastaralých systémů je častá zakázka. Nejdřív zmapujeme, co aplikace dnes umí a co z toho se skutečně používá, pak navrhneme postup s převodem dat a přechodným obdobím. Cílem je, aby provoz nestál ani jeden den.
