First we document the evidence and report the profile to the platform; with a domain we approach the registrar and the hosting company. If that does not resolve the matter, we take the legal route. In parallel we warn customers on your channels so that the damage does not continue to grow. In cases of payment fraud we also deal with reporting to the relevant authorities.
